Deletion
Modules supporting deletion and degradation of graphs.
- pybel.struct.mutation.deletion.remove_filtered_edges(graph, edge_predicates=None)[source]
Remove edges passing the given edge predicates.

graph (pybel.BELGraph) – A BEL graph
edge_predicates (None or ((pybel.BELGraph, tuple, tuple, int) -> bool) or iter[(pybel.BELGraph, tuple, tuple, int) -> bool]]) – A predicate or list of predicates

Remove nodes passing the given node predicates.
